Abstract

Abstract: This research aim to analyze influence of EVA (Economic Value Added), DER (Debt to Equity Ratio), ROE (Return on Equity), and PER (Price to Earning Ratio), to Return of Share with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable.Technique sampling is purposive sampling. The research is conducted on 42 companies, which consistently include in the Kompas-100 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange with 3 (three) years (2010-2012) range of time. The estimation model beingused is panel data regression, with Fixed Effect Method approach.Simultaneously, all variables have positive effect and significantto return of share. The estimation results in partial indicate that EVA havepositive effect but do not significant to return of share. DER, ROE, PER and CSR having significantly positive effect to return of share.Corporate Social Responsibility is significantly as a moderating variable of the relationship between EVA, DER, ROE, and PER to return of share.Keywords: EVA, DER, ROE, PER, CSR, Return of Share

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to know the influence of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction to organizational commitment. The location for this research is PT. Bahana Prestasi that located in Cileungsi, Cibitung and Jakarta.This research was done to 124 respondents by using quantitive-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statiscic analysis in the form of doublelinear regression test. The result of this research shows that eiter simultaneously orpartially, the variabel of transformational leadership, transactional leadership and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment of the employee of PT. Bahana Prestasi. It has been proven from the result of (f) simultan test which shows confer (40,640) with significant point (0.000) which is much smaller than alpha 0.05. Alongwith the result of (t) partial shows significant point of three independent variables succesion as big as 0.01, 0.06 and 0.001 which is smaller than alpha 0.05. Therefore, the accepted asumption is H0 rejected.Keywords: transformational leadership, transactional leadership, job satisfaction, organizational commitment

Abstract

Abstract. Inwinning the competition, companiesmust have amarketing strategy for their products, one of which was adecision in which branding is important in building the image of a product. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultane ousand partial, as well asthe most dominant influence on the price,people, process, and physical evidence to the brand image Mercu Buana Universityin 2013. Tomeasure these variables, used questionnaires sub mitted to student of Mercu Buana University. Population and samples taken areas many as 100 respondents. Then test Heteroskidastity, Multicollinearitytest, F test, t test, coefficientof determination, Multiple Linear Regression. Based this study obtained results that the price has positive and significant, positive effect and people are not significant, positive impact and significant process, physical evidence and no significant positive effect on brand equity.Keywords: price, people, process, physical evidence, brand image.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of advertising creativity and product attributes against AC Brand Xdi buying interest kotamadyaJakarta West. The study was descriptive. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires using cluster sampling methodwith a total sample of 100 respondents. Data were tested using the test of validity, reliability, and the classical assumption, and analyzed by multiple linear regression using the software SPSS17.Hasil show that in partial advertising creativity affect the buying interest but the variable product attributes do not affect the buying interest. Variables simultaneously advertising creativity and product attributes affect the buyinginterest. Variables advertising creativity gives greater influence on the buying interest, compared to the variable product attributes. The influence of the independent variables and product attributes advertising creativity for 66.0% of the dependent variable buying interest, while the remaining 34.0% influenced by other factors.Keywords: creative advertising, product attributes, buying interest, cluster sampling.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose ofthis study was to determine the effect of commitment and achievement motivation on teacher performance. Descriptive quantitative research method using correlation and multiple regression statistics with the aim of analyzing the influence of two independent variables on the performance of teachers. The sampleused was the entire population of teachers as respondents. The results showed that the commitment and achievement motivation affect the performance of teachers. From the results of analysis, the influence ofthe two variables is quite strong .The result also evidenced from the F test and t-test, which states that both partially and simultaneously effect very significant on the performance of teachers. The results ofthis study, whencompared with previous research, the study supports previous research conducted. Where the teacher's performance is affected by factors of commitment and achievementmotivation.Keywords: Commitment, Achievement Motivation, Teacher Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis discusses the analysis of production department partial productivity measurement with the method of Objective Matrix (OMAX) in Building G-line PT Gandum Mas Kencana. Objective methods of Matrix (OMAX is a partial productivity measuring system to monitor productivity according to the existence of the object or part. In the method of OMAX criteria – the criteria or key performance indicator (KPI) that affect the productivity index was defined clearly and must be donefor each weighting criteria. In their weighting criteria, the method used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Object of research was done on the line of Buildings G PT Gandum Mas Kencana that producing compound chocolate. Criteria – the criteria that influence the productivity of the line of building G, namely: a raw material partial productivity, the productivity of the workforce, the effectiveness of electricity power, overtime working hours minimize, minimize labor costs, downtime minimize, productdefects minimize and semi-finished products minimize. Determination of standard performance done on the second semester in 2012, then the causal analysis is performed by using fishbone diagrams to find the causes of the low productivity of the line of G Building. Results of the analysis and proposal of improvement, then the average productivity index in the January to August 2013 in line G Building increased.Keywords: Objective Matrix (OMAX), Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP),Productivity Index.

Abstract

Abstract: This thesis aims to find out about the influence of brand image, service quality and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty from Nokia phone users across Jakarta area. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the census data collection system through the use of questionnaires to the respondents. Respondents in this study amounted to 200 people. Data processing technique and analysis of themodel using SPSS version 20 and the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with Lisrel 8.7 program. From the results of this study, brand image affects customer satisfaction. Service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Brand image affects customer loyalty. Service quality has a positive effect on customer loyalty. And customer satisfaction have an effect on customer loyalty.Keywords: brand image, service quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract: This thesis was made in order to determine how much ofthe correlation of compensation and motivationon the performance of Pegawai Departemen SDM, PT. Columbindo Perdana. The method used in this research is descriptive and qualitative with path analysis. Data collection method used is through the study of literature, observation and interviews. The study was conducted at the Human Resource Departement on PT. Columbindo Perdana, the number of respondents 64 people. From these results it is known that the compensation and motivation has apositive and significant correlation to the performance of the company, in this case PT. Columbindo Perdana. Compensation has a higher correlation to the performance of the company compared to the motivation.Keywords: compensation, motivation, performance

Abstract

Abstract.This paper has an aim to know the effect of inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The research result of 37 sample with population of ten kind of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) those are ORI001 to ORI010 can be concluded that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR have simultaniously influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). However especially for Interest rate of SIBOR, it has an individually influenced toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI). The test model result shows that 0,712 % adjusted R Square. It means that inflation, exchange rate of IDR, the interest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR influence 71% toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI) and the other 29% effect is fromother factors. The thing that make this research is interesting is that independent variable can only simustaniously influenced toward YTM of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI), except the interest rate of SIBOR, from spss coefficients result shows that it individually influance toward yield to maturity of Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI).Key words : Yield to maturity, Indonesia Ritel Bond (ORI), inflation, exchange rate of IDR, theinterest rate of JIBOR, and SIBOR .
